About Me
When I was young, I always loved doing arts and crafts but never thought of it as being a career. I loved animals and wanted to help them in any way, so I wanted to be a vet when I grew up. In the 6th grade I had really gotten into Anime and started drawing. I just started drawing all the time, but then I found MMOs and got lost in that virtual world. But maybe that wasn't such a bad thing, I started drawing all my characters and was learning about new fantasy creatures that I could base my art around. Once I was in high school, I really got involved with art (Theater, AP Art, Studio Art, Sculpture) and that's when I knew what my talent was, I was to be an artist. Since I was addicted to World of Warcraft, a lot of my sculptures, drawings, and paintings, were about my characters, my favorite creatures, and dragons. Sculpture was where I could turn all my fantasy creatures to life, especially World of Warcraft. I really liked sculpture, I thought it was WAY more fun because of all the detail you could get in touch with. Then we did some mix media and I think I like it more than working with clay. It's such a good way to really get your imagination to expand and to think beyond the universe. Then there is my other pastime, Machinima. When I first saw a Machinima, I didn't even know that it was a "Machinima." I thought everything was all in-game. I was just blown away, I couldn't figure out how to do that stuff in-game. So I just started researching and every time I heard a song I would start picturing it in a WoW form. Then I saw "9 Crimes" and was like " I have to try this". So I researched what Machinima was for 2 years before I actually got started. I bought a cheap editor and just went for it. I have had my editor for more than a year now and I'm still finding new effects (and bugs). It took me a while to get noticed, and it wasn't easy. I'm still not "well known," but I have a decent start. I am determined to become a Goddess of Machinima and climb my way to the top. I'm not going to stop till I get there! I am determined to be a great artist all around.
